Digital Products – Final Sale All sales of digital products, including online courses, PDF guides, and digital templates, are considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the delivery link is sent. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
